EMC Front panels are designed to mount 3U, 6U and 9U Eurocard size PCBs to front panels. Applications with high connector pin counts, where high insertion/extraction force needed. They are fitted with EMC gasket that interfaces with adjacent panels to create RFI shield and does not snag when adjacent cards are extracted. Manufactured from 2.5mm thick extruded aluminum with a vertical grain and a conductive finish.

NOTE : Front plug-in card front panels has EMC gasket on right side and RTM (Rear Transition Module) plug-in card front panels has EMC gasket on left side.
6U/9U panels are symmetrical to use for either Front or RTM pug-in card assemblies.
Add suffix "-SS" to part number for front panels with metal press-fit sleeves, instead of plastic sleeves. For example part number FP52B4HP-1-SS is with metal sleeves and part number FP52B4HP-1 is with black plastic sleeves. Please note "-SS" option is not available in following part numbers : FP10B4HP-1, FP10B5HP-1, FP15B4HP-1, FP15B5HP-1
Each EMC Front panel kit includes, Panel with EMC gasket, M2.5 captive screws and captive sleeves​.
